What is a Needs Broker?

I'm Glad You Asked.

Let’s reverse the sales triangle why don’t we? I’m not selling anything, per se. Instead, you tell me what your company needs and I will help you figure it out. No matter how small or how big.

My work world is pretty strange – one foot in the white collar world of film/tv production and one foot in the blue collar trades. Having worked on the sets of over 100 TV Commercials and some tentpole movies, I have accumulated an incredible rolodex in the entertainment industry and in business generally. I’ve done thousands of hours of work in media and live entertainment doing both blue collar work and development on IP that I control. I also have real-world experience as a Maintenance and Fleet supervisor, building caretaker and even have a CPT certification (Certified Pool Technician). My contact base spans many industries from manufacturing, construction, technology, politics and (obviously) media. Believe me – if you need it – I likely already know someone who has it or does it.

If you or your organization don’t quite have the bandwidth to tackle a project, I am glad to jump in and help you figure it out.

My goal is to work with companies ranging from start-ups to businesses with up to 250 or so employees and help them solve problems. If your company has a need, please reach out.

Showcasing Some Previous Projects. New Projects Coming Soon.

The Big Metal Deck

This was a once in a blue moon project. It's actually not "quite" done but it'll be polished off in the springtime. However, it is currently 95% finished. This is a client with a magnificent one-of-a-kind metal deck made out of steel. We sanded and ground it down (mostly) and applied two coats of specialty Rust-Oleum 9100 Mastic epoxy primer and then a "finish" coat of RocThane 9800 Urethane epoxy paint to not only stop future rust in it's tracks but give it a super durable finish that will last for years. This was (and is) a work-in-progress project and the finished result will appear here in the Spring of 2026! Please note: I am including the "Before" "During" and "After" pictures, to give you a sense of the insane amount of work this took! Plus, the paint was $180 a gallon! Wow!

(Another) Amazing Deck

For some reason, this was the year of doing decks!

First, I need to give a shout out to March Unnasch and Deckology for the unmatched construction of this amazing deck. Truly, the construction quality is incredible. I took it to the next level with a custom Sand and Stain finish which ended up being more challenging than we thought it would be! It was an amazing project and an amazing customer.

Note: I did both the deck (the part you walk on) and the entire ceiling area with a natural looking Sherwin-Williams product.
